Senior Account Supervisor – Hispanic Practice
Hunter Public Relations is looking for a Senior Account Supervisor to join our Hispanic Strategies & Solutions Department. The ideal candidate possesses 6-8 years experience in consumer product marketing or public relations, with a majority of that time spent at a Hispanic agency and/or handling Hispanic marketing/PR efforts for a consumer products company. A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field. Candidates must have an interest in planning and executing strategic campaigns on behalf of multiple clients; be bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken); and, have a solid understanding of the Hispanic consumer market and media landscape. Job responsibilities include: developing strategic, creative programs for clients; building and managing budgets; supervising team members; overseeing program implementation and media outreach; assisting with new business presentations, and representing the agency as a senior client contact. Senior Social & Digital Media Strategist
Hunter Digital, the social/digital media division of Hunter Public Relations, is seeking a savvy media professional with proven social/digital media experience (minimum: three years of social/digital media experience required; five years of agency experience preferred). A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field. The ideal candidate will have strong project and client management experience, along with an ability to plan and anticipate challenges; manage fellow team members; unite cross-functional resources; communicate effectively with clients and team members; and, maintain budgets. Candidates should have experience leading social media projects across the entire Earned, Owned, Paid (& Shared) spectrum. The right candidate will also have experience managing brand social networks and communities, as well as crafting larger strategic direction for brand campaigns across the digital ecosystem and agnostic of channel. Candidates must have experience leveraging social media research and insights to guide strategic recommendations, and familiarity with monitoring tools to report program successes and analyze results. Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) and proficiency leading client meetings/new business presentations are also necessary. Media Relations Associate
Hunter PR is looking for a Media Relations Associate with a strong background in pitching consumer media (TV, print, radio, online) to join the agency’s Media Department. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of public relations experience and have strong relationships with media (including in top DMAs); a proven track record of generating high-profile placements; facilitating TV segments and print desksides; and the ability to network and form new relationships. A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field. Human Resource Associate
Hunter Public Relations is looking for an energetic, motivated, self-starter to join the agency’s Human Resources Department as a Human Resources Associate. Candidates must have 1-2 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a client-service agency or company. A bachelor’s degree is required. The HR associate will be required to handle a variety of responsibilities, including: maintaining personnel files; assisting with pre-employment screening; assisting with job postings and application management; coordinating on-boarding and off-boarding activities with department leads and operations; managing the HRIS and creating reports as needed; and, assisting with management of employee benefit programs.
