Senior Account Supervisor – Home & Lifestyle Practice
Hunter PR is looking for a Senior Account Supervisor to join our Home & Lifestyle practice. The ideal candidate is a seasoned PR pro with 6-8 years public relations experience, with a portion of that time spent at an agency and/or consumer products company. Experience with home & lifestyle brands or retail brands is preferred. Job responsibilities include: developing strategic, creative programs for clients; managing programs and budgets; supervising staff and team members; representing the agency as a senior client contact; and, fostering and maintaining media and influencer relationships. Media Relations Specialist
Hunter PR is looking for a Media Relations Specialist with a strong background in pitching consumer media (TV, print, radio, online) to join the agency’s Media Department. The ideal candidate should possess at least 4-6 years of public relations or media relations experience and have strong relationships with media (including in top DMAs); a proven track record of generating high-profile placements; facilitating TV segments and print desksides; and the ability to network and form new relationships. Job responsibilities and required skills include media strategy, deep understanding of the media landscape and media and marketing trends, contacts at national outlets (Broadcast/Print/Online), experience with integrated marketing campaigns, experience with celebrity spokespeople, e-mail and phone pitching, pitch writing, and an ability to work collaboratively with multiple agency account teams on simultaneous projects, good management skills.

Senior Account Executive – Food & Beverage Practice
Hunter PR is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our food & beverage practice. Candidates must have 3-4 years public relations experience, preferably with an agency and/or consumer products company. Senior Social & Digital Strategist
Hunter PR is seeking a savvy, senior level social & digital media professional. Minimum: five years of social/digital media experience required; six to seven years of agency experience preferred. The right candidate will have experience managing consumer brand social networks and communities, as well as crafting larger strategic direction for brand campaigns across the digital ecosystem and agnostic of channel. Candidates must have strong project and client management experience, with the ability to compose, craft and sell in plans to current and potential clients. This senior level candidate must have an integrated approach and be able to create innovative social media programs that not only align with traditional PR campaigns, but also with a client’s broader 360 marketing strategy, often working with a client’s partner agencies to deliver exceptional programming. Candidates should have a passion for leading a team, giving client counsel, and pitching new business, while simultaneously driving day to day social media projects across the entire Earned, Owned, Paid (& Shared) spectrum. To craft compelling and purposeful programming, candidates must have experience leveraging social media research and insights to guide strategic recommendations and set KPI metrics, and a clear knowledge of monitoring tools to measure and analyze the success of a digital program, as well as competency managing program budgets. Social & Digital Content Strategist
Hunter Public Relations is looking for a content strategist to join our Social & Digital practice. The right candidate should have two (2) to three (3) years of experience managing social channels for consumer brands and developing content plans and strategy in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprinklr) and social listening/analytics platforms (e.g. Radian6, SimplyMeasured) is required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing social media content plans for clients, including scope and budgets.
  • Managing and moderating clients’ social media channels, with a solid understanding of client voice
  • Supervising Social Media Community Managers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with social media contacts and influencers on behalf of the agency and clients
  • Demonstrating an understanding of the social media landscape and how to use social channels to drive brand awareness and engagement for clients
  • Having solid writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Candidates must be able to work autonomously, be a trusted client contact, and have a keen eye for detail, grammar and consistency.

Human Resources Associate
Hunter Public Relations is looking for an energetic, motivated, self-starter to join the agency’s Human Resources Department as a Human Resources Associate. Candidates must have 1-2 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a client-service agency or company. A bachelor’s degree is required. The HR associate will be required to handle a variety of responsibilities, including: maintaining personnel files; assisting with pre-employment screening; assisting with job postings and application management; coordinating on-boarding and off-boarding activities with department leads and operations; managing the HRIS and creating reports as needed; and, assisting with management of employee benefit programs.
