With parental concerns about teen safety online on the rise, Meta took charge with a bold action to protect young users by rolling out new automatic safety features for Instagram Teen accounts. HUNTER was brought on to support the big launch. Raising awareness among both parents and teens, we crafted a targeted communications strategy, meeting audiences where they spend their time online. Efforts kicked off with an exclusive launch event for parenting media, including interviews with Meta representatives. We also hosted a podcast junket for deeper conversations with Meta and provided key creators with digital assets to amplify the news. Through strategic outreach to top-tier business, tech, and consumer media, we helped Meta’s commitment to teen safety was front and center—reaffirming its role as an industry leader in online protection.
